Memorial Hospital, www.memhosp.comince 1958, Memorial Hospital has provided the best in inpatient and outpatient services.  Today this 313-bed acute care general hospital is the area's largest provider of surgical services, including out-patient surgery.  Locally owned and operated by Protestant Memorial Medical Center Inc., the hospital employs 2,300 and is one of the largest employers in S. Clair County.

          When it comes to diagnosis, the hospital's new 3 Tesla MRI unit utilizes the latest technology.  It is the only one of its kind in the St. Louis metropolitan area and one of only a few in use in the United States.  For women's healthcare needs, The Maternity Center and The Mammography Center stand ready to serve.
